1. Service Overview Mungwow provides: Fresh chopped vegetables Cooking pastes Frozen food items Kitchen essentials grocery items Delivery is available in selected areas of Karachi. 2. Orders All orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or website. We reserve the right to accept or cancel orders. Order confirmation does not guarantee availability of all items. 3. Pricing Prices may change without prior notice. Final price will be confirmed at the time of order. 4. Delivery Standard delivery time: 1–3 hours (depending on area) Frozen items may be delivered within 1 hour (selected areas) Delivery delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or operational issues 5. Quality & Product Handling We ensure fresh and hygienic packaging Customers must store frozen items immediately upon delivery Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery 6. Refund & Replacement Policy Refunds are not guaranteed for perishable items Replacement may be provided for damaged or incorrect items (verified case) 7. User Responsibilities Customers must provide: Accurate address Correct phone number Availability at delivery time 8. Partner / Ambassador Model Mungwow may operate through local partners or micro-fulfillment points. These partners act as service extensions of Mungwow. 9. Limitation of Liability Mungwow is not responsible for: Delays due to external conditions Improper storage after delivery Incorrect information provided by customer 10.
